I was a part of growth from 70 to 850 employees and honed my expertise in strategic hiring, talent management, and crafting scalable people programs through exposure to big business problems.

My curiosity for solving significant business challenges led me to Stedi. There, as the Head of People, I championed unique, operations-first strategies to nurture a high-performing culture for a team spread across over ten countries.
